Hi
when scaning hard drive for films i get this message "error 3219" and no film apears

If i copy movies one by one i have no problem, but if i try to copy one folder with 50 movies folders or more i get 3219 error message

Hello Feliz,

Please do a test for me:

1-Deactivate the File Monitor function (you should see a little icon bottom-right
2-Create a new database
3-Scan the hard disk again.

PS: What is the device you scan? Hard Disk, USB?
