Hello,

Would it be possible to add support for Plex http://www.plexapp.com/ ?

Even better than xbmc which is a media center, Plex is not only that but a media server too, which is more interesting.

Using the XBMC nfo templates should actually do the trick for your metadata needs if you combine this with (for instance) https://github.com/gboudreau/XBMC-TVShows-Metadata-Agent-for-Plex and https://github.com/gboudreau/XBMC-Movies-Metadata-Agent-for-Plex - local metadata import doesn't seem to be something Plex is very keen on. They read it just from the movie files - and only if those are of mp4 variety (no tags from mkv or avi).

And to be honest: I would not want XMM to write tags to my movie files directly. Not yet ...
