How I can add subtitles on my movie database? I have used "read files" (as my dvd is inside dvdrom) short-cut and have manage to get audio and ration nfo from my DVD's but no luck to add subtitles there? What I should do/check?

Indeed taking the Main IFO file will do the trick (usually the main IFO file is the one with the most VOBs asosiated with it).
PS: make sure to get this information from the DVDs IFO before you fill in the main movie information on the first tab (either manually or though a script) as i noticed some fields get erased/cleared by the IFO import (most notably the movie length)
PS: i only confirmed that length on the first tab gets erased/cleared which was enough to change my procedure for entering DVDs in the database.
Importing subtitles?
