There are two errors:

1. Application Error:

It also does not work in any compatibility modes and not with or without admin rights...
Is a complete de/reinstall an option? I want to avoid this

Hello,

Probably some files get corrupted. I suggest just to backup the whole XMM folder, then reinstall the full release again.

Delete also the config.ini file, just to be sure to restart from scratch.

You should be able to run it again without problems.

Okey, this is what i've done:

1. backup my database folder
2. unstall ALL EMM (7/8)
3. reboot
4. fresh installation of emm8.1.9.0
5. start emm and...

the same two errors

I have search on google about the KERNELBASE.DLL and seem to be a problem with Windows.

Someone has just reinstall the MS Framework. Try to Reinstall the 4.0
