Please forgive the double post but haven't had any response under bug report but I realise this version is no longer fully supported but I need to use V 7 to be compatible with my nmtserver skin for my popcorn hour.
I am trying to update my actor info but no matter which script I try the data fields do not populate. I am using vers 7.2.3.6 Is there a known issue or should this work?
The list of actors are being added to the database by the movie imdb complete scripts but the actor info contains nothing but the name. If I select an actor and then run an actors script such as the imdb actor script the connection appears to occur as expected, but it looks as though the only info which imports is the actors link on imdb. I note that during the import screen none of the fields such as date of birth etc are ticked, should they be ticked in order to pull in the data? If so how do I select things so that all actor info is added to the database? If more info is required please ask.
As an update to this I have gone through everything a number of times, I cannot see any options that I am failing to select, I have tried all the actor scripts and I am still not getting any actor details imported beyond the Name and an IMDb link, could someone at least advise if the facility works for them using this version of the software as I am getting a headache from banging my head against a brick wall :-)
I have tried the other actor import scripts but when the screen appears asking me to select the correct entry the lists are blank so I assume those scripts just don't work. I have updated the scripts but still it doesn't work.
Can someone please confirm whether this should work in this version.
