Hello.

I have tried multiple scripts but none are importing the age restriction and I cannot filter by family genre. Please help.

I only use TheMovieDB and TheTVDB as scripts and they import the mpaa. I think that the IMDB script does it, too.
In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.

thank you. only the imdb complete scrip is working for the MPAA.

seems as the new update isn't pulling in the MPAA. all its displaying are ":"s
