| I have been trying to get actor bio information to be imported for some time with no success, however I find that if I add an actor manually that the bio information loads as expected, which begs the question, what is the difference between adding an actor manually and an actor being added by a movie script. If I select add actor manually, type name and then press the update from web button the import includes the biography info. If I run the same script on an auto imported actor from a movie script It will not include Bio. |

can someone please explain why support on this product is so bad, a simple question highlighting a bug, yet seven days and not even the courtesy of a response. The main purpose of this software is to allow you to catalogue your movie and tv db and to import info from the web. IT DOESNT WORK - HOW CAN YOU KEEP SELLING IT.
An auto actor import does not bring in all information, if I manually add an actor it does, even when running the same script, it doesn't make sense, I wouldn't put up with buying a car which wouldn't start, why do I have to put up with this rubbish? |
