I could not find a request for this, so forgive me if someone has already requested it.
I would like to see a Sort Title field added. The field would override the title field in sorting, but not be displayed.
My reasoning is movies such as [Rec] I would like to have it sort as Rec. I also like to have 1984 sort as Nineteen Eighty Four Raiders of the Lost Ark sort as Indiana Jones 1 Raiders of the Lost Ark
Isn't there already a field for that? If there is none in the column choser then I would use a free one (that you don't use) for. I would suggest to use as example the Keyword field or one of the custom fields. Unfortunately I can't have a look right now as I'm @work... By the way I have solved that as "Indiana Jones 1: Raiders of the Lost Ark". Numbers should be as treated for me. And titles like [REC] - well I hadn't any yet. So I never have thought about. But in generally I support your request if there isn't that field yet.
