Is there a way to add the field MovieDVD to an HTML template?

MovieDVD??? Do you mean the mediatype?

Where do you want to see this "Video DVD" entry? Do you need it for the filter in the thumb or grid view? If yes, just write "Video DVD" into the codec field in the video information of the movie and the filter for this media type will be available.
