1. Click on Actors tab; 2. Click on "A" shortcut list (or whatever you call those alphabets under "Actors Name". 3. The XMM will just take forever with hour glass to do the sorting. 4. When XMM is done, selecting any shortcut is fast and not slow anymore.
Now, why is event 3 happening ? I mean it happens only the first time you select Actors tab ? But not afterwards ?
