I was just trying to free up space on my C: drive and noticed that the XMM folder was about 95GB!
On further inspection, I could see that there were over 400 backups residing in the Backups folder. While I do have "Make a backup every time XMM starts" ticked I had also limited, or thought I'd limited, the total number of backups to 10 by typing 10 in the little box.
Maybe I've done something wrong or have something set up wrong in Windows but it does look to me like that backup limit option is not working so I thought you might want to know so you can check it out.
I deleted 397 backups of between 150MB and 250MB each and now have over 100GB spare on my C: drive! Yippee! :)
Well, I think that it is a bug. But I have never tested it as I make sometimes manually a backup of the whole database. Means I copy the database and all related subfolders to my backup folder. That way there is no need to rename anything if I wanna restore an old version of my db.
