I'm new to XMM, just purchased it last week. I've imported my collection of 450+ movies mostly by copying and pasting 30 at a time from an Excel file, then entering the year by the \XXXX method. I then highlighted them, right clicked, and used the IMDb complete script. As stated, this takes sometime. When it was finished, I checked my collection in Grid View. The first 25% or so came out fairly complete when looking at the details but the rest have no cover art. Also, a lot of the actor/actress info is incomplete. I've highlighted all the movies and re-ran the IMDb script engine but didn't seem to make a difference. I'm running the script engine again as I'm posting this topic and I see a message at the bottom of the screen where you see the picture of the script engine on the right, on the left it says "Error Saving Database, Code: 2-5-Operation must use an updateable query...." not sure what this means and how to correct it.

The IMDB (Complete) script was just today finished to take the actor info again. It's still not in the update yet but you can download it from this topic: http://www.binaryworks.it/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=14248&whichpage=2
One bug is still in there as the very last actor will only be added to the database but without any data.
To the error message only Ale can say something as he is the sole programmer.
If such a problem occurs to me I would try to remove the incomplete data (remove data and reset import status) and try to get the info a second time. Maybe it's needed to restart XMM after a while? But for that I'm not sure as I don't have had such problems.

In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.
