I don't know if this is bug or just something which is not implemented properly but the right-click command to "Re-Update Automatically" does not do anything. I think it is not just with the latest version but it happened in previous versions too.

This is specially important for TV shows because if you want to update record with new episodes you have to go through the same slow old process like you did when you first input the show. I don't understand why is this a case. After all there is a record in XMM database that the show is identified and it should be automatic. I wish I can just select bunch of shows and let XMM work and update records with new episodes. How it is implemented now is that you have to go through painfully slow process of updating so most of the times I just give up.

Well, I never have used the re-update function.

For adding new episodes I always edit the show and update the show where I only import the show's info and the new episodes.

In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.

I just have tested that function and it did his job at least for movies. TVShows I don't have tested yet.

Why you have to select a show again and re-download all info which you have already just to update with new episode. IT IS SLOW and you have to select AGAIN as a duplicate. Why it is not automatic like it is for movies?

You're right, it's not very comfortable. I think it's because the whole episode block was added years (?) after the original release and never was really updated.
Theoretically it would be possible to modify the script to skip the import of the main TVShow info again...

Hello Guys,

You are right, the current re-update procedure is really slow becuase you have to wait until all data is imported again.

I will try to take a look, but trust me, the engine is a bit complicated and this is a deeply change on it.
