Ciao a tutti,
Non è la prima volta che mi succede, facendo la ricerca dei file nel hard disk ad un certo punto il programma smette di funzionare e si chiude. Non mi è capitato spesso ed ho sempre risolto aggiungendo il film a mano; oggi però la cosa si presenta più dura, anche aggiungendo il film a mano non riesco a catalogarlo. mentre altri file li legge perfettamente facendo la scansione.
Quali possono essere le caratteristiche del file che mette in crisi il programma?
Uso XMM 64 bit ed il file usa come codec x265, ma altre volte era x264, e non è questo il problema poiché ho altri file con x265 che legge perfettamente.

If it's depending on the codec then it must be a bug in the MediaInfo.dll. Try to load the newest version (v0.7.88) and copy it to yor XMM folder.
Me personally add always only the files and call then the re-read codec function. Until now without any problem on that.

In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.

Ho altri file con lo stesso codec che non hanno mai dato problemi, comunque se riconverto il file tutto va a posto.
Era solo la mia curiosità di scoprire per quale motivo il programma andava in crisi.

Maybe you can have a look with the mediainfo gui (http://www.videohelp.com/software/MediaInfo) if there is a difference between those x265 movies which are working and which result in a crash.

In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.
