Hi,

A newbie question. EXtreme has started hanging on some movie details updates. How do I redownload the scripts?

Just delete it and XMM shows you the latest release.
If that does not solve your problem the script has to be fixed.

About 50% of recent movies won't update with details and the remainder take for ever. Is there any way I can delete the whole program and try a fresh download WITHOUT loosing the 6000+ movies in the database?

I don't t hink that it is a problem of XMM itself but of the script you're using.
Anyway just delete everything in your installation folder except the databases and the subfolders of them. Then do a fresh installation and open your previous database.

Please check your script settings. Maybe you're downloading "too much" info as amount of actors, filmography and actor awards...

I will check it this week.
Do you know in which function that happens?

IMDB runs without problems on that movie...

But I have found the bug in TheMusicDB.org:

:NOCOMPOSER
	#STARTREADWEB#
	#FINDLINE#="job":"Music"#10# #ONERROR#=*OK*
	#IF# #10#==#00#
		#GOTO#=EXITMUSIC
	#ENDIF#

In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.
