Hi there,
I purchased XMM several years ago and really appreciate all the hard work you've put in and the updates over the years. XMM is simply the best movie database software out there! Thanks!
I managed to 'Authenticate' my new version 5 without any problems. I do have a question though: I have several computers (media center PC, laptop, desktop PC). Am I allowed to install and authorize XMM on each of these machines or do I need to buy a separate copy per machine? Will I run into problems with your server if I try and authenticate too many copies? What if I re-install my operating system (I do this at least 1-2 times per year on my main computers)?

Hi,
No problems, you can install XMM in all your Computers.
What I ask is to not share your Key with others people.
As you can see the price is really low, just for help us to cover developing costs (server, software licenses etc...).
I want ask, to all others people that like our hard work, to think to 10 Euro as "acknowledgement" to our work.

Please sorry for my late reply but I was ill.
Usually it takes just a second. If you haven't received an email probably you use a SPAM FILTER that block the email from my server.
In this case, just write an email to me, I will try to contact you.

i need some help
i had a crash on my old pc and i only could copy the instalattions directory that was on C:
so, i don't have a backup
i already download last version and tried to autenticate with my key
but didn't work
can you help me? |
