The thumbnail view is very promising.
Personally, although XMM is the best, I still find it a bit weak to launch films.
I hope through the thumbnail we will launch films easier then ever :)

I know the first goal is a good database and the work is just awesome.
Make a clear and intuitive way to launch the material.
Apple or Microsoft would make a big fat button.
Thats them.

I found that F9 shortcut wasnt the best solution.

So again to come back to your update.
Thumbnail view rocks.

About thumbnail view. Sometimes (actually the first time i use it and then the third) An error appears that i have to restart xmm with error ID: C1.

Then without closing xmm thumbs appear.

Also it would be nice to be able to use the mouse scroll wheel and the up/down arrow keys, cause at least for me its not possible at the moment.

And a question: Is there a specific order the thumbs appear, cause they seem quite random. Can we specify the order (eg. it would be nice to appear according the order the movies appear in the grid at that time and also as a second option those with or without cover first)

Great work!
Thanx!

Hi Guys,

I need to work very much on thumbnail view. I have make it "available" only to know your impressions. I need to make it "sortable", scrollable by mouse wheel and I need to add movie titles, stars etc...

@Manutau : I will add a big button to launch movies, maybe between the TREE and MINI STATISTIC (of course users can hide this button)

Thank you!

Alessio
