I have been using the freakbrother imdb script with v4.8 and notice that I have a lot of 'odd' characters in many of the imported fields. They turn out to be (mostly) CHR(10) and I cant figure out how to get rid of them
I can get rid of them in Excel if I import the Movies table but do not then know how to import the table back into Access to replace the old Movies table.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

Hi Ricewind,

I will try to take a look at the old script, but I haven't much time now.

I am not bothered about the old script - I have migrated to V5 (and its a big improvement in many areas eapecially speed. Thanks and well done.) But I dont know enough Access to remove all these odd characters.
So really I am asking for Access Db help rather than XMM help
Never mind, I will struggle on anyway.

Hi,

I must finish a function inside XMM for this, as you can see it's grayed now (Tools -> Multiple Changes at once... -> Replace a word on ALL FIELDS)

I hope to finish soon.

Thank you,

Alessio
