Hi,
it's strange, XMM should search also in subfolders.
I will make some tests this evening in searching for bugs.
Thank you

did you try to add it like a dvd-video? i've added divx movies from DVD in xmm 5.x. just use the first icon, add movie, search the drive and folder, select the file, press "read codec" button and that is. (it's a little longer than 4.x)

Hi,
I have got a problem with adding 2 or more files from more than 1 CD. Not by adding new movies but by update old entries. ExMM uses the information from the first CD only. Or is there a trick??

Hi guys,
Sorry for my late reply. I am trying to find the bug, but it's not easy because in my PC all seem to be OK.
I will let you know.
Thank you,

Hi Alessio,
About Jay Pee and my post, i dont think its a bug.
I think that simply, there is no option to add the information of 2 different cd files (insert cd1, keep info, insert cd 2, option to count these 2 files as one) in a movie when updating a movie already in the db.
This option is available though when you add a new movie. Then you can select two different files (in different cd) as one.
Hope you understand the problem.
Thanx! |

Mh, the problem is still there... Alessio, check this please: Move to a movie witch has 2 CDs. With Right-click choose "edit" and go to "read files". Now "select files to Read" and put the first CD in your CD-Rom. eXmm reads the title now. ONLY! After that you add the secound CD from the movie. You can see both files at the screen. After that klick on "read codecs of selected files". eXmm reads now the codec informations from 2. CD, the CD that is inserted now. eXmm don't add the informations from the other/s thats the problem.
Let me know your result!
Thanks
Jay Pee

Thanks Alessio, the adding from 2 CDs is working now! But there is a bug with the movie runtime. if you had allready insert a runtime for a movie, eXMM adds the time from the CDs.... so you have the double playtime!
Thank You again,
Jay Pee
