I was wondering where you guys buy your DVDs from online? I live in the Netherlands and there aren't that many retailers that offer a good assortment of titles at reasonable prices.
I used to buy all my DVDs from play.com which is located in Jersey, Channel Islands, but they started sending me duplicate orders and although they refunded the purchase price without quibbling when I returned the discs, they still haven't refunded my postal costs. The cost of sending packets by registered post is often more than the cost of the DVD itself and I think they're aware of that. They don't respond to letters and they don't have an email address where complaints can be directed. I've decided now that it's not worth doing business with them anymore and that's why I'm looking for reliable alternative online retailers.

Just to update this thread: I placed an order for three DVDs from a company called DVDI, http://www.dvdi.co.uk/ back in September this year, but it took four weeks for the goods to arrive, so I didn't think it was such a good deal at the time. However, to date, they still haven't charged the costs to me in spite of sending them a couple of mails requesting that they complete the transaction. So maybe it wasn't such a bad deal after all.
Anyway, I've ordered another three DVDs today and will update this thread once they arrive. They also deliver worldwide without shipping charges, so it will be of interest to anybody who might be looking for an alternative supplier.
