I created a moviecard a while ago and I want to share it with the rest of the world 
It's based on "cortex mod(modified by marrek)" but I removed a lot of fields and added what's important to me and my DVD collection:
Custom 1: Sound format; DD5.1, DTS, DD2.0
Custom 2: Subtitle; Se =Swedish, En=English, Ro=Romanian
Custom 3: x if it has menus
Also if the movie is Loaned it will say so with BIG red letters.
The eye if it's seen or not is either crossed or not.
The Studio, if no information it tries to guess from the Distributor information.
And if it's a DVD-R or DVD-R it will show as diffrent symbols.
In a 1280x1024 workarea it displays almost everything and surley what is important to me :)
