I Try to import my DVD's into XXM, bud the program does not see the DVD in the DVD player. Any suggestions what is wrong?

The problem is that XXM does not read the DVD, its like there is no DVD in the DVD player! What to do?

Hi,

Do you have Windows XP too? Seem that some people have this problen; I have made some test today with my DVD collection but everything is OK.

Please let me know,
