I still cannot find a way to show "Starting Position"(_MOVIE_START_) field on the main grid view. This was one of the columns I used in version 6x, but there seems no way to add it to the main grid view in version 7. Can you please restore this selection to the list of available columns for the Main Grid view?

Yes that is the variable used in the HTML Movie Card. I assume it is the same for the grid.

When are you going to put the "Starting Position" column back into the Main Grid? Just tried 7.0.3.2 and it's still missing from the list of selectable columns.
