Is it possible set the database on external storage (USB support for example)and work using Extreme video management in 2 different PC, but using the same database?

Should be possible, but I don't know if multiple accesses (at the same time) are possible. Would be worth a test! |

No, that is not what I meant... I'd like to work in the same database using 2 PC, but NOT in the same moment... For example: I update my list at work ( using my job PC) on the storage...after I go home....and continue to add film using my home PC...in the same storage!
I've noted I can back-up the database and reuse it in other PC...but I prefer to work using the same database in different PC...

Well, just open your database from any media you want... I don't understand where the problem is. |

It should be no problem...one thing that I would do though is to ensure that it has the same drive letter from both PC's. I know there are some issues with using unc paths, so to be sure, use the same drive letter and make sure that you shut down the program properly. Also if it is a USB, stop the device first!

You are right! the solution was easy! I saved the database on external storage and after opened it... and I work in my storage... On afternoon I try to continue my job in other PC using the same external storage... |
