I dont know if this has been answered before. I was trying the boxsets option but didnt like it so much.

This is obviously only optional.

For series etc (Bond, Bourne, LOTR.. etc). I use the Custom 1 field and name the series as "LOTR". For this I also rename the field in the program options.

Then if I want to check the movies in that series, I use Groupby Custom 1 and voila.. I get the movies for all the series.
