I am running Windows 7 Starter with Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 and am unable to download any updates. I have disabled the firewall and have a good internet connection but still am not able to update. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean you cannot import info from internet or update XMM to new release?
