Just an Idea: Many Actors have Aliases, Alternate Names

It would be good if there were a Field of that. Best would be with Linking to the Main Actor Name.

Agree. Not only do they have different names, but also different spellings. Foreign name conversions are not always the same.

I think this was an old thread that's already solved.
On tab "Additional Info" there is "Alternate Names".

In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.

Just show an actor's card and have a look at the first tabulator "Additional Info".
If there is something imported you will see it, as example the alias name(s). Maybe it depends on the script you are using (imdb stores the info there) and of course on the actor. Browse a little through your actors and you will surely see at least an actor that has info there.

In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.

Thanks. Have found it. Another quick question though.

Is there a way of adding this info for an actor that I have added manually, and therefore not imported via a script?

Of course. You can newly import the info or you can edit it manually.
But there are no script options to take only special fields except empty/non empty fields. So every script proceeds on the complete info of the selected actor(s).

In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.
