Fixed the script and added a few things.

I would recommend the corrected episode card (same as in the thetvdb script thread):

Episode-Card (html) fixes:
- Icon fixes
- Added Rating icon
- Added Personal Rating + Icon

Note:
A few Things don't work (yet) with TV-Shows/Episodes or there don't work 100% correct in general with the extreme movie manager. I will post a bug/missing functions report later.
