The last update of fastest script (updated with the program) doesn't import awards. Only puts number 1 in that field. With the last fix downloaded of the forum (page 8)works. Try it |

I the last updates Ale has deactivated the advanced option [Add Movie Award], simply activate it again. He has deativated it because this import is slow, because of the Layout of the IMDB.COM Site.
And that a random Data is imported if Awards Import is deactivated is a Bug, because a Variable is always imported and in case that the Option is deactivated is something random.
Here is the Bugfix for the random data import if Award import is deactivated:

hy can you add an option to choose the mpaa rating for your country?
you only have to got to the site /parentalguide and then search for the country
for example the site for eden lake http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1020530/parentalguide

I'm thinking about what would be better. This selecting function or importing all additional ratings just like the AKA Titles for example to the Custom9 field. On the Movie Card this could be displayed with the same(similar) function that displays the AKA Titles at the Moment.
I don't know what would be better. Personally i don't care about this ratings, because in my opinion the reasons are arbitrary. |

I personally would prefer to see only my home country rating. Other countries' rating systems are not interesting for me. |

To only import one specific rating is much more complicated... So lets see when i have the time for it.
I still have to add all the remaining Awards to the Movie Cards and that is a priority for me. Ratings are useless for me. I take a look at that option later. |

This Version is only faster in XMM 7.1.1.7 or higher! In old Versions it will be slow than before!
Removed the old workaround empty line test:
#TAKEWORD#=#10#,#00#,#00#
#CHECKVARIABLE#=#10#
#TRIM#
#IF# #10#==#14#
#GOTO#=CICLEAWARDS
#ENDIF#
- Removed empty and comment lines in the Award Block

I wonder what happened to IMDB.COM (Complete) script. It worked OK a couple of days ago. Last night I opened XMM and it said there was a new version of the script. So I downloaded it and now it does not work.
It looks like it gets to the point where it is downloading actors or actor pictures and then it hangs. XMM stops responding and I have to force XMM to quit.
Same for IMDB.COM (TVSeries) For Rel.7 script.
The previous version I had worked fine.
How can I get the previous version back? |

Thanks for the response.
This happens with every movie when I try to get info from IMDB - also any TV show.
Like I said, it worked fine a few days ago. Then I downloaded a new version of the script and it immediately started to hang up on me, in the way that I described previously.
Movies I recently tried are: - Detective Dee and the Mystery of the Phantom Flame (2010) - Middle Men (2009) - Meet John Doe (1941)
TV shows I recently tried: - The Big valley - Cake Boss - America's Next Top Model - SGU Stargate Universe
The real issue may be anything, but for now, I would like to just know if there is a way I can get the previous version of the IMDB script, because that worked fine for me.
Thanks! |

IMDB.COM is changing there site at the moment. The scripts don't work correctly because of that. |
