I only found this is a bug or just an unintended feature in the List Manager's Catagories area. It may also effect all of the other List Manager areas as well.

If you do a "New" and enter in "War - Historic" followed by a "Save" and then forget to do another "New" and you change the entry to "War - Future" followed by a "Save", both entries will be saved with the same ID number assigned to each. Regardless of which entry you then select for deletion, only the first value is shown in the entery box.

The default action should be to prevent the creation of duplicate ID #'s by assuming that if there is a duplicate ID #, then it's an update function and the value in the input string value box should overwrite the string value stored in the existing ID #. No comparison of strings is required.
