I'm trying to import movie from my disk and the scan seems to freeze always on the same file. I have try removing the file but then it freeze on another an so on. I cannot find the reason.
I try creating a new DB and importing all my movie again but the freeze happens again.
The only thing I was able to observe was when xmm try to add the faulty movie for the first time in my collection(i.e: the movie was not present in the db). In that particular case the scan hit the problematic file, add it to the list, and then start adding empty line ad nauseam...
Is there a way I can save a log or something to try helping me diagnose the problem?
I have installed the last version 7.0.7.3 and the problem still persist. I have tried to uninstall completely the program and do a clean install but it didn't help either.
I attached a screen shot of the problem. Just to be clear when I say XMM freeze I mean that it hit some kind of infinite loop but it is still responsive and I can stop the scan.
