I was offered a refund due to the excessive problems and when I tried to asked on that post how to proceed with a refund request, I found that the topic was locked.
Is that how you "resolve" problems here, by locking the post to keep the problems from being discussed and resolved?
In forty years of buying software, I never asked for a refund before, which indicates just how many problems this software has.
