Is this movie(s) already imported via script and if yes with which script?
Maybe I can reproduce it. Probably some javascript problem or missing/old files. |

This is really strange. Even all non-javascript html code after the Link Line isn't rendered by the IE Engine anymore. 
Maybe something is going wrong with the parsing of the html card itself within XMM.
Could you right click on the empty part of the card and in the menu choose View page source
Save that page source in a file and upload it.
And by the way which Windows and IE Version (and Language) are you using? |

I've had the same problem with this new card since May 1st(I did post comment about it and it was thought it was a problem with the images folder at the time.)
I think it must be an IE or Windows problem as i have a dual boot system with XP Pro sp3 with IE8 and Win 7 32bit with IE8.
The latest updated card with embedded trailers works fine on Win 7 but appears as pictured above in Windows XP also page preferences link don't work on XP.
Here's the weird bit if i add all your new tweaks to a card from April it works in XP except for the embedded trailer bit(not sure if i've put all the code in right), switch cover and page preferences works but has no background.
Hope some of this info helps.

I hope that only the Board-Software cut off the rest of the HTML File. If not it is a Bug in XMM not taking the complete File.
Since it's most likely the Board-Software that cut the file off, I still would like to know which Internet Explorer Version is used. Since XMM always uses the IE - Engine (like many Apps and Windows itself), it doesn't care if other Browser are installed. |

Sounds like a javascript error or endless loop and then the rest of the javascript is not executed anymore. |

Above card did display with the errors(about 64 errors). Because of the errors there was no pictures just text.
Tried it again just now and this time it is the same as above picture. Just don't make any sense. The latest 1.6.2 update has the same error.
Here is the April 2011 updated with your new code(what i could find).Trailer bit isn't working and few other things: switch cover and slider is slow, but i don't use them.

I don't know if it will help. also Maxn1 could use this one for now.
p.s off topic a bit, but color picker always resets itself could that be part of the java-script errors.

Normally there shouldn't be many errors. (Non besides the XMM Bugs related ones)
It would be interesting what the errors say, to maybe narrow the problem down. Probably don't need all error the first few should properly help already. But i also would need the generated temporary html file (right click on the displayed card and choose view page source) to see what exactly the errors are. |

That's as far as it goes. Why would the error be in German?(ignore already on the page just looked at the code).

To make it clear: That is all the code that is shown in the view page source?
If yes, it's a XMM Bug it doesn't parse the entire page.
The language of the Error-Message is depending on the installed language of IE on the System. |

Yes that's all there is. If i do the same on the April tweaked one i get everything.
We get an extra line on the non-error newest card: jseen = dseen.replace(/.*(\d\d\d\d).*/,'$1');
I can boot into Win7 if you want and see what it does there. |

OK. Then it is a XMM Bug, because the movie card template is parsed and created by XMM and after that it is displayed. (So the html must always be complete)
In this case for some reason XMM doesn't create the complete temporary html file on some systems.
That Bug has Ale to figure out and fix in XMM. That isn't a Card Bug. |

I have just had a look in my EMM folder the temp.htm's are there.
The current temp_collection_movie.htm has all the code, but in browser view nothing after fanart pic.
My default browser is set at Firefox would that make a difference to Emm when it makes the temp file.
Thanks the help in trying to narrow it down. It's not a major problem as i can use your proper card on Win7(I need to see it working so i can update
my custom card and the April tweaked one). |

Strange. Then the IE-Browser engine stops working/rendering...  Maybe something in the IE-Preferences is not correctly set, simply deactivated or the security is set to high...
IE8 is also the worst IE-Version ever made by MS. No other version has more bugs/problems. |

If i open the movie temp in IE i get the message Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX
controls that could access your computer.
I have the option too allow blocked content in IE. Could this be whats stopping the page in Emm. We don't get the option pop up in Emm.
I'll tweak the security options and see what happens. I don't use IE to browse anyway.............
Ok i just lowered everything and enabled allow active content to run files in My Computer, no change still doing the same thing.
Oh well i thought that was the solution, I'll check my settings on Win7 later too see if anything is different.
