I cannot find the option to clean titles. I want to move "The" to the end of the titles. Where do I find it?

It's under Config - Title Cleaning...
In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.

I am running XMM 7 and find no "config" in it.

Just have a look right under the titlebar of the html card or in the menu (the arrow top left) - Options.
In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.

OK, found it but unable to save after I check it. Box is not large enough apparently to show the bottom commands.
