How do I reduce the size of the actor picture in the actor HTML card. Now it takes the whole card and I have to scroll up and down / left right to see the statistics. The slider on the bottom right corner " Thumbnail - / + " doesn't work. It was normal size before I start playing around and now I cannot get it to normal size. Thanks.

I have tried to reproduce that by playing with the thumbnail size. Without any success.
The thumbnail slider affects only the thumb view in the main grid.
I would suggest to delete the config.ini in the XMM folder, but without any guarantee.

In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.
