FYI...the new upgrade did not upgrade, I ran the program as I normally do to upgrade the program as I have done several times before, however this time when I upgraded, it didn't stick, the program still comes back as 7221.

Hello,

When you launch the setup, please be sure that the destination folder of the upgrade is the same as your XMM before. I think that this can be the problem.
