Hello, I posted already in the bug report threat, but since the latest XMM (7229) is still missbehaving I post here again. Scanning my harddrive for new films XMM does not find the years for most of the Films I have imported. It only finds some of the NFO files, although every film has one in its folder and it does not find any of the IMDB links in the NFO files anymore. Also XMM used to import all of the fotos in a film folder, now it only imports just one. At least the fields in the device scanner table for the Year, the IMDB link and the NFO path stay mostly empty. And after the import there are no IMDB links in the custom fields.
I don't now since when XMM behaves like this, but befor I did not have these problems and XMM would find all the propper information. Now I have to do a lot manual, which renders XMM pretty useles.
All my films are stored in the same way: Each film in one folder, with an NFO file and inside the NFO there is the IMDB link. Folder and film file are named the same way: filmname (2012) I did not change that for over 2 years and XMM always imported propperly. But not any more.
Please help! zukkara |

And I noticed another thing. Importing Informations from the IMDB with the magic script importe engine, the title field only sometimes shows the films year. Is this because the device scanner did not read the years from the file name or is there another reason, because a filled in all the years manual in the devices scanner table. As XMM does not find the IMDB links in my NFO files, having the years in the magic script import engine would help identify the propper film. |
