I've been out of this for too long. I'm confused at the 100 or more scripts to use. Why could it not be possible to have super script or just a few to grab the info. I'm really confused at knowing which one to have to use. I ask because i've bought A LOT of movies over the past 10 years, and have lost my last database created, and have to redo about 314 movies. And seeing all these scripts, i prefer not to have to take a couple weeks or so to rebuild a new database because of weeding through all the scripts available to use. Could someone be kind enough to fill me in on all the scripts, and some advice on what I could do to make things easy and smooth to create a new database with that many movies.
I tried importing with one to mess around and it gives me a Shareware version expired, full version will receive a new .exe file. Funny thing is, I already logged in with my user info, and grabbed the full version, and installed it, and after messing around and highlighting my current list (about 120 inputed so far) to import the info for all the movies, it gives me that "Expired, can't use WWW" message again. Very irritating.
Thank you for any info/help you can share with me about this. |

Hi,
I can understand that 100 scripts are confusionally, but this is also the "power" of XMM, I mean the choice that every user have.
Usually the "default" script is the best one for all people, as you can see the default script is always for IMDB.
About the registered release: I haven't understand exactly what is the problem (my english is terrible). You just log into the registered user's area and install the registered release.
Let me know!

I did that, and then after i do a search, it tells me the registered version is expired again. I've deleted it, and reinstalled over again, and still does that. That prob. makes no sense to you now if it's supposed to be the registered user version, and shouldn't do that, but it does for some reason. Maybe something i can do on my system to make sure everything is lost, or something got messed up with the database to allow it to do that or some reg keys somehow??? I'm up for trying everything (hopefully i don't have to redo my whole database. Even though i do have to add about 80 or so new movies since the last time i updated it.) |

Hi,
Please write me a private email, I will send to you directly the EXE, it's really strange because you are the only one with this problem.
Bye!
