| its not importing any covers now, use too. Any movie, any script. Windows 7, Version 7.2.3.6. of XMM. Not sure why this is so hard to understand. Spent hard earned money on this. Headache after headache. STOP CHANGING THING. new versions every other day. |

Downloads ALL other info and cast pictures but no covers, front or back.
Unchecked....use irfanview to convert image (disable if you have a problem with covers)
No help |

OK, Prinz has a suggestion...
Please close XMM and go in the folder "\TempDir\"
Now delete all files here.
Then go in the folder "\TempDir\Images\" and also here delete all files.
These folders are in the same directory of the EXE.
Please let me know!

Maybe starting xMM with administrator rights will help.
Sometimes the internet access can be a problem. When I use my UMTS stick without highperfomance client I'm not able to download all information normally provided by the scripts. |

Here's a few things to check (sorry is you have already tried these or they sound stupid but I've found that sometimes the simplest things can sometimes be the trouble)
If not already set, set the Short Cut to XMM to Run as Administrator (When updating and creating a new XMM Short Cut, Administrator is not set)
Check Premissions on all levels (make sure you can write to the location.
Check disk space

You don't have to run XMM as Administrator. Only thing you have really to check: Is the folder (and subfolders) where your database is located has full access.
Had this problem myself after installing Win7 and using my old folder created under XP. |

Which scripts to you have tried? Does NO script imports the cover or only a special one?
Already tried to toggle the use of irfan view in the options? |
