a download missing covers option would be good, also an option when scanning to delete missing movies entrys

You can chose in the Import Manager to show only "movies without covers".
The other option: I guess that you mean on scanning your harddisk? If so then this option exists. You can get a list of those movies that are no longer on disk. Once you have that list you only have to select and delete them from your database.

ok i may be stupid here, how do i get the list of no longer on disk?

Oops, that I have to test myself as I don't have any movies on HD.
I only know that you get a message if the Automatic Device Scanner is activated.
