Posted - 11 Dec 2011 : 04:19:44 The last three time's I have downloaded your update it has totally destroyed my installation. The update looks like it installs but when I try to run the program it gets into a loop stating it cant find the main directory or the configuration directory, it also asks what language to use and you cant select anything. The only solution I have found is to download the full version re-authenticate and restore my backup. As I said this is the third time I have done this and I'm getting a bit sick of it. |

I think that this is the problem because XMM cannot have complete write permissions on that forlder, this is why probably XMM gives you all these problems.
let me know,

Posted - 12 Dec 2011 : 15:59:59 Hello,
Its really strange. That could occur if you update an *old* release (months ago) with the latest, but not if you update the software regularly.
Please let me know where you have installed the software. Is it on "my documents" folder?
Is it possible that the update save the new release in a different folder that the old version?
