Posted - 31 Mar 2013 : 16:03:53 In XMM8 I started with a new Database by csv import. I removed ALL scripts except IMDB Fast and made that the default script yet after the first cycle IMDB Complete is still being executed. This is not supposed to happen. Now I receive all kinds of data with the IMDB Complete script that makes the DB bloated. |

I removed it within the application by right clicking and using the context menu to "Remove this script". The script is the no longer in the prefered list, but it stays in the available script list.
The only solution I have found so far was by stripping the IMDB complete script to the same detail as the fast script I intended to use as my default. It will get me the results I need but I have to say that updating the collection of 2500+ movies by reseting the webimport switch is painfully slow : less than 500 movies in the last 24 hours and that is not because I have a slow connection to IMDB. The script takes 'ages' to cycle through a single movie. |
