Even looking in event log to see what actually crashed will help to fix the error. Have you done a full virus scan and all the Windows updates? Uninstall any and all virus scanners that you currently have and install and run this free one. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security-essentials-download Not saying it is any better but whatever one you have may not have caught it and a second one is always a good place to start. Its free and you can leave it on if you want. Because you are the only one having this issue I suspect it is a machine or configuration issue so what actually interacted to cause this has to be fixed to prevent it. Did you have any other applications open at the same time? Can you reproduce it?
