Even looking in event log to see what actually crashed will help to fix the error. Have you done a full virus scan and all the Windows updates? Because you are the only one having this issue I suspect it is a machine or configuration issue so what actually interacted to cause this has to be fixed to prevent it. Did you have any other applications open at the same time? Can you reproduce it?
