Hi. Consider myself a newbie with EMM and since a h/disk crash (C: drive) device scanner not working. Prior to crash EMM was installed on another drive and reinstall worked just fine, so no problems with the DB. Have ensured drive path is correct. Help about screen does show message (in red) EMM is not running as administrator, so not sure if this is the issue, but I can add movies manually okay.

Just to let you know I've fixed this issue by copying over a six week old backup. Just copied entire contents of EMM directory back and now works fine. Thanks for your help.

Please make a screenshot of the settings and of the folder content as all further would be only venturing a guess.

Yes recursive search is ticked in the setting.

Do you have enabled to search recursive in the scanner?
