I was certain there was an issue with unavailability of help. Particularly since it was a weekend.
I have successfully received my authentication code and XXM is working perfectly.

Posted - 07 May 2017 : 17:24:22 The problem is that Ale is mostly in the states for his job and has less time (and sometimes no internet in the hotels). Unfortunately I'm not able to send you the authentication code. So be patient, please. |

I have sent two emails to the address given on the page for problems with the order. No response from that address either.
I am still unable to use the software. Becoming a little disappointed. |
