I purchased XXM this morning and have yet to receive any confirmation of the order, or my authentication code.

Any thoughts?

Did you got no email? Already had a look at your spam folder?
If not I will inform the programmer of XMM to send you the authentication code again.

I did check my spam folder. Still no email response from XXM and no authentication code.

Thank you JDommi, for informing Alessio. Still no email confirming the order and still no authentication code has been sent.

I have sent two emails to the address given on the page for problems with the order. No response from that address either.

I am still unable to use the software. Becoming a little disappointed.

The problem is that Ale is mostly in the states for his job and has less time (and sometimes no internet in the hotels).
Unfortunately I'm not able to send you the authentication code. So be patient, please.

I was certain there was an issue with unavailability of help. Particularly since it was a weekend.

I have successfully received my authentication code and XXM is working perfectly.
