How do delete the middle two? Nothing in them but won't delete.

What happens when you click on the "subfolder"?
For me I can see all the movies with that genre in the grid. |

Okay, that's no problem.
You only have to edit the movies with those corrupted Genre info. Then these entries will automatically disappear. |
