It's time for another alpha 
The work near XMM 5.0 is near to be completed, next week I hope to release the official 5.0 for all people.
Please continue to report bugs, so I can try to fix them all.

here some things again:
1. i select some datasets and change the CODEC for them (i think that the CODEC field could be pulldown) or change the STATUS. but after iŽve done the changes the movies are not refreshed in the grid ...
2. i try to import MONK (series) through the SERIENJUNKIES.de script .. but iot always finds LOST ;)
3. would it be possible to format the text in the plot and comments fields (bold / italic ....)?

Hi Luke!
It's strange, the Media Icons is stored not in the database, so I don't know why XMM change it by itself.
You can change the Icon in "Tools" -> "Manage Lists" -> "Edit Media Type"

hi Alessio,
would it be possible to:
1. select some datasets and use the multiple changes editor (right click) to put one cover (episodes of a series)for them all?
2. have a button in the EDIT window and perhaps also using a rightclick on a movie in the grid which would clear the information in the dataset? but i donŽt know if other people like this idea?

Hi Alessio,
I have imported my old emm database into beta 13. After the import the dvd icon in the grid looks like the normal dvd icon but after restarting emm the icon changed into a black dvd icon. |

Hi Alessio,
Thanx for all the hard work! I cant wait for this function to operate, its really usefull when you have to import 3000 movies for the first time
In a few days i should have ready the Greek translaton, i will send it to you in an email. Will do some tests after for a better result. |

Hi Alessio,
- In my script I put #ORIGINALTITLE# and it works very well when the field is empty, but when the field already information XMM imports #TITLE# and substitue the previous.
-In Magic Script Import Engine, in "fields to import with Selected Script", the field Original Title when canceled, it continues importing the Original Title.

i have a question according to the the import-window. after the import of movie informations from the net i have to close the window but EMM needs a long time to do this, why?
does EMM load the whole database again? or only the imprted movies?

You are right, it Skip only if there are NO Direct Links.
You are right also about 4.8, it's function was different, but this engine in 5.0 it's completely new and different.
Anyway, I will try to see if it possible make an options like you want.

maybe i misunderstood the use of this, cause i just found out how it works.
It skips only when there are no direct links at all for the movie.
But the use of this option in 4.8 was to skip when there are more than 1 direct links, just to keep the movies with unique direct link and skip the rest without the need to choose the right one. Correct me if i'm wrong. |

Hi Alesio,
I use latest script, clean update, download from server. Select the imdb script. In the show options i deselect "Import movie title from internet" and select "if no direct link is found..." then save changes. I also select "skip automatically if there are no direct links", set all script values to 1 and proceed. Keeps asking me to choose a movie from the list.
The "take first direct link automatically" working fine, although there should be an option to abort which i cant see anywhere.

Hi MTS,
What script are you using? because here, with the latest IMDB script, the Skip works correctly.
Please delete all your scripts, and use the LiveUpdate to download the latest again.
