I understand that the situation may seem very unsatisfactory at the moment. On the other hand side with the latest release (including bug fixes) dating just a few days back it would be a bit early to announce the end of support yet.
You probably won't get 24/7 here but my experience is that Alessio will take care of bugs as soon as he can. The core program is essentially a one-man-show - this is neither a secret nor that uncommon for this type of software. That's why it can happen at times that you won't get an immediate answer. Big big software companies may be better in handing out automated replies by means of ticket systems. Their actual reaction and response times are often no better than what Alessio provides.
